Community Food Support & Outreach Day (on-going)

Warm Hearts Community Support delivered a structured community food outreach event to support individuals and families experiencing financial hardship.

Essential food items were distributed in a safe, organised, and respectful environment, ensuring that individuals received support with dignity.

Volunteers were present to engage with community members, offer practical assistance, and signpost individuals to relevant support services where appropriate.

This initiative aimed to reduce immediate hardship while strengthening trust and connection within the local community.

Dedicated volunteers played a vital role in delivering support, offering kindness, and becoming a source of hope for those who needed it most.

Mental Wellbeing & Community Support Session (on-going)

Warm Hearts Community Support facilitated a community wellbeing session designed to provide a safe, non-judgemental space for individuals to share experiences and access peer support.

The session focused on general wellbeing, stress awareness, and emotional resilience, while maintaining clear boundaries as a non-clinical, community-led support initiative.

Participants were encouraged to access additional professional support where needed, with signposting to appropriate local services and organisations.

This initiative supports the reduction of isolation and promotes community-led wellbeing in a safe and responsible manner.

IT Upskilling & Back-to-Work Support (on-going)

Warm Hearts Community Support delivers ongoing IT upskilling and back-to-work support sessions designed to help individuals build digital confidence and improve employability.

The programme provides structured, practical training in essential digital skills, including job applications, communication tools, and online services.

Participants are supported to rebuild confidence, develop transferable skills, and take positive steps toward employment, education, or further training.

The initiative is delivered in a supportive and inclusive environment, with ongoing guidance and signposting to additional opportunities where appropriate.

Warm Hearts Community Support is committed to safeguarding, dignity, and responsible community support. All activities are delivered within appropriate safeguarding frameworks, with clear boundaries and referral pathways to professional services where required.

Partnership Outreach with C C P (25 - 26 Project)

IT Upskilling & Employability Partnership Programme

Warm Hearts Community Support partnered with Community Care Personnel (CCP) to deliver free IT and employability skills training for individuals in the London and Barking areas. This community-focused programme was designed to improve digital literacy, workplace readiness, and confidence for individuals seeking to return to work or build new skills.

The training was delivered through structured, in-person sessions and supported by ongoing mentorship and progress tracking.

Empowering Digital Confidence

Participants were supported to develop essential IT skills, including basic computer use and Microsoft Office applications, helping to build confidence for everyday and workplace digital tasks.

Building Employability Skills

The programme focused on employability and workplace readiness, supporting participants with teamwork skills, wellbeing awareness, learning development, and practical preparation for work environments.

Working in Partnership with Community Care Initiative

This collaboration brought together shared expertise and resources, with Community Care Personnel providing the training venue, participant engagement, and digital learning platform, while Warm Hearts delivered structured training and mentorship.

Creating Pathways Back into Work

Through consistent weekly sessions and supportive guidance, the programme helped individuals strengthen their skills, improve confidence, and take positive steps towards employment and personal development.
